Enrollment verification will begin on July 6, 2026 on SYLOGIST for the 26-27 school year.

Below are documents they will need to complete enrollment BEGINNING JULY 6TH - FOR ALL STUDENTS:

The following documents are required for upload into the enrollment system:
Valid Driver’s License or State/Government Issued ID of Parent/Guardian
Certificate of Birth for Student (Baby hospital footprints are not valid)
Social Security Card of Student
Shot Record (Vaccination Record)
Proof of Residency (Utility Bill ~ Gas, Water, Electric in primary guardian’s name)
Custody/Guardianship Papers (if applicable)
CDIB Card of Student (if applicable)
Documents can be scanned in, uploaded from your computer or photographed using your cell phone.
